After ordering through Paypal, your PDF pattern will be sent to you within 24 hours, by email.

We use the email account you have with Paypal for the delivery of your file. (If you need delivery to a different email address, please let us know).

It is possible that your order may find its way into your Junk Email order, or even become lost.

If you have not received your order within 24 hrs, please contact us, and we will resend your order. We will work with you to ensure that you receive your order.

If you have any problems receiving or downloading your file, please contact us.

Our PDF Files open with Adobe Reader. (You will need the free Adobe Reader installed on your computer to open the pdf file). If you have trouble opening your file, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the reader.

We strongly recommend that you back up your file to a CD or flash drive in case of loss.

The downloadable pattern that you purchase will be emailed to you within 24 hrs. This file contains security measures to protect copyright, such as a transparent watermark and password protection with your name. These should not present a problem when printing or stitching the chart or pattern.

Linen Flowers Cross Stitch Charts

• All designs are hand-drawn artwork using DMC Floss, with mostly full stitches.

• Black and white symbol charts are easy to read and follow.

• If symbols are covered by backstitching, we provide a separate backstitching chart for easier stitching.

• Charts are letter-size for using a magnetic board with ruler.

• A Materials List on backside (by numerical order) is provided.

Timeless Handwork Patterns

• Stitch Guides are included when necessary.

• Pattern Information includes the finished size and a Materials List.

• Patterns are letter-sized with bold type (we recommend using a cross stitch magnetic board and ruler to keep your place).

 

 

 

We offer technical support on all of our charts and patterns. Please contact us if you have a problem or concern. Often we will have to look up the issue/and or test a swatch before getting back to you with the solution. We do not offer technical support on patterns or charts which have been modified by the customer.
