Dried Beef Dip

Serve with crackers.

Combine 1 (5 oz) pkg dried beef, diced, 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese (softened), 3-4 TBSP. minced onion, 2 large TBSP. mayonnaise, 2 tsp. dill weed, and 1/3 cup sliced green olives (don't omit these- they add a lot of flavor). Refrigerate. Better if made the day before.


Vegetable Dip

(My Mom's Recipe)

1 8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
1 small pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix

Mix all and chill well. Serve with baby carrots, broccoli and cauliflower wedges, and celery sticks.
