Spray a large crockpot with Pam and turn head on Low. (No higher)
Add 2-3 pkgs. (undrained) Little Smokies.
Add 1/2 cup apricot preserves
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
Let cook on low heat for approx. 4 hours.
Spray crockpot with Pam to coat sides. Wash chicken breasts and clean. Place in crockpot. Sprinkle over 1 pkg. of taco seasoning, 1 cup salsa, and 1/2 cup water. Let cook on Low 6 hrs until tender. Fill tortillas and add cheese, lettuce, tomato, and your favorite toppings.
This is an easy way to cook chicken breasts and freeze in bags for casseroles, salads, and other recipes. Spray the crockpot with Pam. Place 8 cleaned (washed, with undesirable parts trimmed) chicken breasts in crockpot. Add 1 tsp. chicken base and 1 cup water. Cook on low 6 hours or until tender. Save the liquid in a separate container and save for soup making.
